It was a delight working with JWB, I moved cross country and the house I was going to buy fell through and they were able to help me find and almost immediately get me into my new home. As well as when I was applying they helped me every step of the way with scanning documents and just all around super helpful and I had a wonderful and stress relieving experience with them.
Andrea and the whole JWB team were extremely helpful in our move from south to northern Florida really made it an easy process. Gave my wife and I numerous selections to choose from would highly recommend. May I also say the wife and I are both extremely thankful for the JWB team and our landlords for providing a fence for our house. They listened to our concerns and went above and beyond with our new backyard privacy fence even our dogs are able to enjoy the yard.

I’ve rented from them for seven years. I’ve had the best rental experience of my life with them. The application process was smooth and during my stay they provided prompt attention to my needs. All of my property managers have been very professional and made the lease renewal process very easy, accommodating and with little monthly increase. COURTNEY is my current PM and she is very courteous, responsive and has helped me through some big hurdles. I really appreciate her communication style and the care she’s provided me and my family. Currently, I’m in the process of buying a house and will be ending my time with JWB. I would recommend renting from them. Pay your rent on time and get with the best rental company in Jacksonville.
We just moved in the first of October 2022 and so far its been great!. I was a bit nervous doing the lease signing and paying all the fees remotely, but all went well. We moved in and the house is great. The staff was nice, easy to get ahold of and responsive. I especially like how up front they were with how the process worked and all went very smooth!
I have to say I am truly impressed, amazed and very fortunate to find a rental agency that really makes the process of finding a rental that fits your budget , Robert my leasing agent was phenomenal, made this process so easy I was really shocked how fast and quickly it went , he walked me through entire process and was very honest about the different steps with getting approved , I moved here from St. Louis and trying to find something I like was a exhausting task , but when I came to JWB I was definitely in good hands , I would definitely recommend JWB to anyone just moving to the Jacksonville area from out of state , Thankyou again to entire JWB team 😊

JWB RENTAL GUIDELINES:
A background check and credit check will be performed for all adults.
A minimum of 4 years of rental history (or homeownership) must be provided, or an additional deposit may be required.
Evictions or felonies in the past 7 years are subject to an additional deposit.
Applicant must provide proof of income equal to 3 times the rent amount in gross income (before taxes).
The security deposit is equal to first month's rent and is required to reserve the home for up to 30 days; one half of the security deposit is required to reserve the home for up to 21 days with the remaining balance due at time of lease signing.
Our homes are pet friendly. A $500 non-refundable pet fee will be assessed for as many as 2 pets; additional pets are $250 each. Breed restrictions do apply.
