A: We’re here to serve you Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 6:00pm. If you’re looking for a home to rent only, we have licensed real estate agents in the office on Saturdays from 9:00am – 5:00pm. We’re closed on Sundays.

A: We accept online payments through our portal. Through our online portal, you can use your checking account, credit card, or “RentMoney” payments. Call us for more information at (904) 755-7777. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS, BILL PAY, OR CASH.
A: Yes, we run your credit but it is not a determining factor of your approval. We also run a background check on everyone living in the home over the age of 18 years old. We want to confirm that you do not have any evictions or felonies in the past 7 years.
A: We pride ourselves on providing the best service to our Residents. Our homes meet the highest quality standards. We believe our team makes the difference and that is the reason our Residents continue to rave about their leasing experience!
A: Many of our homes are pet friendly. However, you’ll find the pet policy for each home on the home listing on 22.214.171.124. For the homes that do accept pets, we do not accept aggressive breeds. Please speak with your JWB real estate agent for more specific questions regarding pets on the home prior to placing a deposit.
A: We are looking for long term residents here at JWB Rental Homes. We have 36 month lease terms with an option of a shorter, 24 month lease. We are confident that once you work with us, you will never want to leave!

JWB RENTAL GUIDELINES:
A background check and credit check will be performed for all adults.
A minimum of 4 years of rental history (or homeownership) must be provided, or an additional deposit may be required.
Evictions or felonies in the past 7 years are subject to an additional deposit.
Applicant must provide proof of income equal to 3 times the rent amount in gross income (before taxes).
The security deposit is equal to first month's rent and is required to reserve the home for up to 30 days; one half of the security deposit is required to reserve the home for up to 21 days with the remaining balance due at time of lease signing.
Our homes are pet friendly. A $500 non-refundable pet fee will be assessed for as many as 2 pets; additional pets are $250 each. Breed restrictions do apply.
